Ben Dollard

Ben Dollard is Treasury Wine Estates’ (TWE) President for the Americas, responsible for leading commercial operations and overall business performance across the region.

Ben joined TWE in January 2020 and has since reshaped the Treasury Americas business with a strong focus on consumers, innovation, and advancing the luxury portfolio. He has played a key role in strategic acquisitions, including Frank Family Vineyards and DAOU Vineyards. Ben has also served on the Board of the Wine Institute since 2024, including as Treasurer and Second Vice Chairman, and will serve as Vice Chairman starting in July 2026.

With more than 25 years of experience in the alcohol beverage industry across the Americas, Ben previously held a range of senior executive leadership roles at Constellation Brands in the U.S. and Canada. These include Chief Growth Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, President of the Canadian wine business, and Head of International Markets for the company’s Wine and Spirits Division.

Ben brings extensive general management experience spanning marketing, consumer insights, sales, and commercial operations, with a strong track record leading wine and broader alcohol beverage portfolios.
